Responsibilities

Create project plans for client deliverable work, assign tasks to complete projects and monitor progress, and review, manage and adhere to client project plan.​
Manage and monitor the quality of work and client deliverables within forecast and budget and also work with the development team to ensure seamless migration of systems from development to production.​
Ensure compliance to technology standards, create and maintaining project list, communicate client priorities to the technical staff, communicate production-related issues to client and team, and provide on-going project status to Client Director regarding technical delivery.​
Understand and manage third party tool enhancements and assess impact to existing systems while also working with both the client and the internal team to prioritize enhancement requests and processing requirements.​


About the Opportunity


The Project Manager will provide strategic recommendations for technology deliverables to the Client Director and act as the primary client contact regarding technical delivery as assigned by the Client Director.​


Bachelor's degree plus 6-8 yrs experience required (or equivalent experience).​
Database marketing experience required.​
Must have experience with systems development & project life cycles including, but not limited to: requirements gathering, writing functional specifications, working with technical developers to clearly convey the business requirements, testing/​sign-off and post implementation support.​
SQL knowledge and skills required (preferably Oracle).​
Experience in managing a project team and mentoring individuals is required.​
Experience with a web-based ad-hoc querying tool is beneficial.​
Position requires someone who is motivated, a quick learner, and someone who can multi-task.​
