5+ years technical support experience
Client software installation, integration, and configuration
Windows Server installation, integration and configuration
Windows SQL Server 2000/2005 – installation, integration and

Logging systems (i.e., Syslog, Windows Event Log)
Working knowledge of Windows AD Domain security and audit policies
Solid understanding of TCP/IP protocols and routing

for this role is to deliver project and operational support of the IT
Infrastructure for our current and growing IT capabilities, by
exercising a combination of industry and practical experience and best
practices, and providing technical leadership to a small team of IT
professionals. The ideal candidate will be experienced in project
execution, and highly focused on deliverables and timelines.

Required Technical Skills -

7+ years IT operational experience
5+ years IT project delivery experience
3+ years IT project management with increasing scope and area of
responsibility
5+ years of enterprise operational experience with Windows Server and
Active Directory – MCSE / MCITP or equivalent experience a must
3+ years of IT systems design, plan, and execution
3+ years of responsibility for all major components of a complex IT
infrastructure for medium sized business (200-500+ employees)
5+ years Exchange design, implementation and support. MCTS in Exchange
very valuable
5+ years Networking experience in administration and/or configuring of
routers, switches, and firewall devices
3+ years experience and working knowledge of installing, configuring and
optimizing a VMware infrastructure – VCP highly regarded
Demonstrated knowledge of Desktop Management, Configuration Management,
Standard Operating Environment Management
Demonstrated working knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and routing using
Cisco, Juniper and Dell networking products – CCNA and CCNP highly
regarded
Demonstrated experience managing external access with various VPN and
Firewall products
Demonstrated working knowledge and experience PSTN and IP telephony
Demonstrated experience with data backup and recovery systems

delivering managed services and technical support services. Although
many services are delivered remotely, System Engineers will be expected
to travel.

distributed software-based products. They will also need to have
experience in a variety of technologies including networking devices,
