We released our product, gained 15% market share in first month, and we are at a very early growth stage. We are seeking a sharp, hard-working individual (technical "Rock Star") to join our amazing team.
COMPENSATION
$15/hr. After we either get our revenues up or get funded by a large investor, salary will adjust up to market standards. Potential to move into fulltime salaried position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Open requisition requires PHP, Javascript, and AJAX software development. Candidate will complete the necessary enhancements to our young application as well as fix bugs that have been identified. Candidate must have a high aptitude for software development, be hard working, self-motivated, and will get the job done.
Technical Support Developer. This developer will trouble shoot and fix bugs that customers encounter. This candidate must have excellent problem solving skills and be available at least two hours during each workday, M – F, between 8AM – 5PM, to quickly resolve customer issues.

Candidate must be able to understand business requirements, grasp UI design documents, fill in the database table design, and ask the right questions to make sure changes do not adversely affect other parts of the system.
