Position: Telecomm Provisioner
Location: Broomfield, CO
Duration: 3 months contract to hire
Essential Duties
The Provisioner responsibilities will include:
. Communicating directly with internal/external customers with and managing
orders to meet critical dates
. Provisioning voice network elements to support our outbound and inbound
traffic (SIP and TDM)
. Testing and troubleshooting issues with orders with customers and across
multiple internal organizations.
. Provisioning voice tns on the network
The ideal candidate will need:
. Experienced in provisioning and testing on SONUS architecture (GSX and
NBS)
. Experience working with SS7 and SIP signaling protocols
. Knowledge of telephony network element provisioning requirements and
software
. Knowledge of telephony products and services
. Knowledge of IP network architecture, equipment, and software
. Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and
straightforward manner
. Ability to manage multiple orders to completion on committed dates
. Ability to use personal computer and software applications (i.e. word
processing, spreadsheet, etc.)
SS7, PRI, CAS and SIP signalling protocols. Sonus. Provision, trouble shoot
and test network elements, services and TNs for Voice products.
