Position Summary: IT Operations Process Leader will lead, design,
manage, and measure end to end IT Operational processes across multiple
IT infrastructure teams. Collaboration, relationship-building, and
leadership are key aspects of the process leader role. The primarily
goal of this position will be to improve handoffs between teams so that
workflow is streamlined for IT associates and customer focused service
results are continuously and materially improved via a process-based
approach.

Principal Responsibilities:

* Providing leadership and vision to guide and challenge the IT
infrastructure teams to continuously improve the value created for our
customers. * Understanding, influencing, and documenting impacts/changes
to IT processes from the implementation of IT infrastructure strategies,
goals, and/or business critical projects. * Defining performance
measures; establishing baselines, setting targets and monitoring and
managing performance to achieve desired process results while ensuring
compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements. * Defining,
prioritizing, and leading process improvement initiatives to manage and
improve results and intra- and inter- departmental collaboration. *
Improve IT infrastructure performance by capitalizing on opportunities
to reduce cost and rework while improving the quality of service and
customer engagement. * Defining, designing, documenting, and leading
on-going development of process designs, including establishing process
boundaries, supporting policies, and business rules. * Active and
effective collaboration and relationship development with leadership and
teams within and outside IT infrastructure to support the achievement of
goals. * Provide strategic recommendations for improving our technology
systems and processes throughout the IT infrastructure organization. *
Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements: * Bachelors' degree or related
field, and/or commensurate experience. * 7+ years business analysis
and/or project management experience * 3+ years experience leading teams
or equivalent leadership experience * 2+ years experience with process
improvement and/or quality improvement initiatives * Proven experience
working with Senior Leadership or Executive team members * Extensive
experience with MS Office, MS Project, & MS Visio, and CRM based tools

Basic Job Purpose: Provide management of development and support team
responsible for loan servicing applications.

Essential Functions: - Responsible for long term strategic planning of
financial and accounting systems - Effective management of development
and support team members including resource allocation and management,
employee performance monitoring, annual reviews and intra-team
collaboration - Responsible for ensuring the reliability and
availability of loan servicing systems - Works closely with other
managers and team leaders and plays a leading role - Directs work
assignments, measures results and initiates personnel actions related to
resource development and management - Ensures staff adherence to service
level agreements and critical objectives - Responsible for ensuring that
staff is properly trained on complex technical issue - Ensure adherence
to both Project Standard Practices and Change Management Practices -
Responsible for staff resources, providing support to operational issues
related to systems supported and ensuring adherence to department change
management standards - Directs resources to participate in technical
projects and balance multiple project priorities - Participates in the
long term strategic planning of financial and accounting systems -

Education: A four-year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems
Management or commensurate experience is required.

Experience: 2-3 years experience managing technical development staff in
any technical environment

Preferred: Experience managing Application Development Resources and
Projects in an IBM iSeries environment

Supports information technology compliance functions providing expertise
and direction in support of internal reviews (prevention) and external
audits; including control documentation risk assessments adherence to
controls and remediation activities. Defines implements maintains and
trains on information technology processes supporting industry best
practices and information security standards. Performs complex systems
analysis develops processes and procedures and works on research
assignments to facilitate the successful and auditable delivery in IT.
Principal Responsibilities:

* Provides expertise interpreting the compliance to the National
Institute of Standards in Technology and other industry security
standards. * Provides assistance coordination and guidance on questions
problems or remediation supporting Corporate security policies. * Acts
as technical advisor to recommend solutions for project managers
analysts system development resources and trainers. * Coordinates and
participates in audits vulnerability testing and compliance reviews
representing information technology functions in support of corporate
security audit and risk needs. Tracks and reports on remediation
efforts. Escalates areas of risk and concern. * Performs Information
Technology quality reviews and identifies risks and standards in
jeopardy; supports corrective actions. * Performs Information Technology
business continuity risk assessments and supports corrective actions. *
Develops mentors trains and champions information technology processes
standards templates tools and techniques. * Performs regular reviews and
maintenance to improve information technology processes standards
templates tools and techniques. * Responsible for facilitating tracking
measuring reporting and interpreting key information technology metrics.
* Contributes to development and maintenance of information technology
processes standards templates tools and techniques. * Acts as liaison
between corporate functions internal/external clients operations and
technical staff. * Develop and maintains project communications and
management reporting on audit and remediation activities. * Works in
conjunction with other departments to ensure the best corporate
solutions are architected and deployed.

Education and Experience Requirements:

* Bachelors degree in Information Sciences or related field and/or
commensurate experience preferred. * 3 + years in designing developing
implementing managing or supporting technology solutions. Hands-on
network (Active Directory Security Groups Group Policy) database
web-application (IIS Tomcat) or Windows PC desktop/laptop administration
experience. * Strong Windows PC administrative skills. Working knowledge
of desktop security applications desirable - Safeguard Enterprise
Symantec 10.0 Avecto Privilege Guard. Experience with SMS SCCM MSI
package build and deploy processes Windows XP Pro WSUS SSID familiarity
also desirable. * Solid information system security background required.
* Proficiency with MS Project Excel Word Access and Visio; SharePoint. *
Training (preferred but not required): Certifications - A+ Microsoft
Certified Desktop Support Technician Network + CISA CISSP or CISM
