Recondo Technology, based in Greenwood Village, Colorado, develops
Software as a Service (SaaS) that brings efficiencies and cost savings
to health care payment processing, which currently costs the medical
industry a staggering $360 billion in annual expense. The company's
first service, SurePayHealth, performs real-time calculations of patient
financial responsibility at scheduling or Point-of-Service, and
hospitals using SurePayHealth are collecting cash at rates many times
over initial plan.

We have immediate openings for Junior to Mid-Level Software Engineers to
work in our Greenwood Village, Colorado office as part of an agile
development team. The work will encompass the entire software
development life cycle, including, but not limited to, requirements,
design, coding, unit testing, documentation, system testing,
installation, and data center/customer support as required.



Position Responsibilities:



* Develop quality production level application code based within
our agile development model and ensure that the deliverables align with
the product roadmap and vision

* Ensure consistent quality in all software that is released

* Be responsible for taking leadership positions on technical
initiatives and ensuring deliverables and timelines are met

* Research, design and write new software programs

* Integrate existing software applications

* Research new technologies

* Create technical specifications and test plans

* Mentor and help junior developers

* Work closely with other staff

Qualifications:

* Application server programming

* 2+ years JAVA software development experience

* Experience with server side Development (non-web development)

* Experience with object oriented analysis and programming
skills

* Experience on Windows Platforms

* Experienced with multi-threading

* Experienced with networking, IO

* Demonstrable experience in developing distributed software
solutions to consistent quality standards

* Desire and ability to learn about the health care industry

* Consistent and thorough, someone who will "go the extra mile"

Education:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Computer Science



Preferred Skills:

ASP, SQL, Integration, Agile, Subversion, JUnit, Cruise Control,
Database, XML technology, ANT, Ruby, Rules, Performance Tuning, Data
Transformation
