SW Development Manager in the DTC

Mercury's Denver Tech Center location is looking for a new Manager to lead the Web Development team. This position coordinates the development, implementation and maintenance of the Mercury software product line and works closely with members of the technical development teams to ensure continuity in product offering and company goals. Well qualified candidates will have the following experience and skill set:
• 5 plus years management experience of 10-15 person technical team
• Bachelors Degree in Computer science or related field preferred
• 5 plus years software development experience
• Microsoft programming technologies, specifically C#, VB.NET and/or ASP.NET
• Project coordination and scheduling techniques
• Software development life cycle principles
• Agile development with scrum methodologies
• Leadership practices for motivation and coaching of staff
