We are looking for a senior developer to join our team developing our industry-leading wealth management application. This role requires a pragmatic visionary who can translate business requirements into practicable solutions that scale both technologically and operationally. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience architecting and delivering large-scale database applications. In this role you'll work with engineers and other cross functional teams like Product Management, Configuration Management, Quality Assurance, Operations, etc. to develop innovative solutions that deliver business functionality while maintaining performance, scalability, reliability, and realistic implementation schedules; without neglecting development goals and principles.
Qualifications:
The position requires 7+ years of Java and RDBMS development experience on high-volume, high-performance applications in a Unix environment. The candidate would also possess advanced database skills including SQL development and P&T, Sybase a plus. Familiarity with J2EE & web services is also desirable. Experience with Oracle is a plus too.
