What You Offer:
We are seeking a Transact SQL developer with familiarity in C++ or other object oriented programming languages to work onsite with our rapidly growing company. Jr. to mid-level C++ skills and object-oriented programming, COM, NT, and multi-threaded systems experience. Knowledge of relational database and experience writing SQL stored procedures a must. Knowledge of Financial Markets preferred. Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects, good verbal and written communication skills essential. Wall Street On Demand, Inc. is starting a Web Developer training program. We are looking for smart, motivated, passionate people who want to learn how to become solid web developers; we will pay you to learn! The training program will last 6 weeks (40 hours per week) and will begin on 10/19/09 and go through November 27th. After successful completion of the program, qualified students will receive offers for full-time employment. Candidates will be notified within 24 hours of the interview night if they have been selected to participate in the training program.
Employment in the program is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, and drug screen.

Requirements:
Education
* High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree or college level course work in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, and Business preferred.
Experience
* 1 - 2 years experience as a student, intern or employee in an academic, creative or professional environment.
* Must be proficient in at least one programming language.
Skills
* Interest in and basic understanding of technology, web development preferred.
* Ability to learn new concepts.
