This position is responsible for conceiving, experimenting with, and presenting architectural approaches for information technology and systems, including software, hardware, and processes that ensure architectural integrity and consistency across the entire institution in support of the enterprise-level business needs of National Jewish.

Knowledge and Skills
A demonstrated strong background in systems integration methods and technologies; a background in IS applications that includes databases, networks, security, servers, and web technology concepts including experience in business application design and service-oriented architecture or a related field; and a high-level understanding of contemporary computer and network systems; ability to assimilate new computer and network technologies and relate them to the needs of National Jewish is required. Must possess the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with computer users. Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and routine daily maintenance needs with a high degree of efficiency is required. Strong knowledge and work experience in using and coding in Active Directory, Citrix, and Single Sign on and Patient Context Management Technologies such as Sentillion or CareFx, including proven abilities in integrating these different technologies is preferred.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field is required.

Certification and Licensure
None.

Work Experience
A Minimum of eight (8) years experience in software and hardware systems design and integration is required.
