What You Offer:
Our engineering team is currently looking for a junior/mid-level JavaScript/C++ developer to work on our charting application. This job is a good match for programmers who are visually oriented, enjoy working with graphics, or would enjoy web work if it weren't for browser compatibility issues. These days our charting application is rendering almost 75 million images a week.
Duties include:
* Primarily, taking specifications from our design team and implementing them into creation scripts (JavaScript).
* Supporting and enhancing the existing charting application code base (C++).
* Developing and improving solutions to problems both old and new.
Skills required
* The ability to work under tight deadlines and with attention to detail.
* The ability to work effectively with members of other teams.
* The ability to refine requirements and solve problems.
* The ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
1 to 3 years development experience programming in a JavaScript and or C++ environment. C#, SQL and XML experience a plus, but not required.
