RESPONSIBLITIES
The Analyst will have primary responsibility for development of a strategic research plan, maintenance of a research calendar and repository, primary research projects, secondary research collection and analysis, and competitive and environmental analysis.
Work closely with Market Managers, Product Marketing and Corporate Marketing to help ensure market research needs are being met, with no redundancy.
Responsible for developing, executing and delivering qualitative and quantitative research projects from research design through analysis and reporting.
The Market Research Analyst must have the ability to integrate critical information from many diverse areas and projects and prepare and present research findings to senior management and other staff members.
Gather research and competitive intelligence and prepare profiles on competitors and potential acquisition opportunities. Maintain SWOT analysis, complement industry knowledge and coordinate efforts with Director, Industry Communications.
Support business planning process and business case development.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years Market Research experience
Healthcare industry experience preferred (supply chain and/or B2B communications also helpful)
Exceptional writing skills required
Strong oral communication and presentation skills
Good project management skills with attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines, set appropriate priorities, exercise sound judgment and coordinate multiple projects
Requires high energy, passion and drive. Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
