Good Morning. I am looking for an Enterprise Implementation Manager for a full time, direct position.
You must have healthcare industry experience to be considered for this position.
The Implementation Manager has ownership for managing the internal projects that are associated with customer relationships through project completion and transition to support. It includes development and execution of a project plan for each project and management of internal projects or special customer initiatives. It requires strong leadership, project management and interpersonal skills, as well as solid healthcare procurement and data management skills.
o Provide overall customer project management and implementation for all of our clients projects.
o Provide customer training on our clients application and ensure that all project/implementation milestones are met.
o Create, track and manage project plans for our clients customers to drive project deliverables, schedule and budget.
o Work with Content Production Manager to ensure the capacity, timing, resources, quality and budgets are balanced to meet customer milestones and deliverables.
o Communicate and interact with internal cross-functional teams to ensure a consolidated status and progress for Content Center internal projects/products.
o Manage a dynamic new product launch. Specifically, deal with some product immaturity and process ambiguity, while working through potential problem areas and developing solutions that can be used by future implementations.
