Tri-State Generation - SENIOR SYSTEM ANALYST (HRMS), IT SYSTEM ANALYST I III

Responsible for the technical support and development of the Oracle 11i e*Business HRMS applications which includes the following modules: Human Resources, Payroll, Advanced Benefits, iRecruitment and Compensation Workbench. Knowledge of HRMS Applications required. Oracle Financials experience desirable. Strong technical skills and experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle 6i Reports and Forms, Oracle Personalization*s, Oracle WorkFlow and Oracle Discoverer.



* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related area or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

* Eight (8) years of progressive applications development programming experience in a medium to large computer system and client/server environment.

* Extensive knowledge of application development, support and maintenance including business, engineering and/or operations, and programming methodology, procedures and concepts.

* Extensive knowledge of Oracle client/server applications development tools, report writers and database. Extensive knowledge of computer operating systems including Windows, UNIX, and/or Windows Server 2003/2008. Oracle HRMS desired.

* Extensive knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. OOAD, Agile methods, JAD).

* Extensive knowledge of PC equipment, printers, modems, network and related computer equipment and personal computer software.

* Extensive knowledge of development tools, IDEs, C# or Java programming, experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle 6i Reports and Forms, ColdFusion, and web development.

* Working knowledge of Intel x64 servers.

* Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing to technical, user personnel, and management.

* Electric utility experience desired.

* IT System Analyst II *Two and one half (21/2) * Five (5) years of progressive application development programming experience in a medium to large computer system and client/service environment.

* IT System Analyst I *Zero (0) * Two and one half (21/2) years of progressive application development programming experience in a medium to large computer system and client/service environment.

* Working knowledge of application development, support and maintenance, including business, engineering and/or operations, and programming methodology, procedures and concepts.

* One to six years experience of software development methodologies (e.g. OOAD, Agile methods, JAD).

* SOA service development and SharePoint development desired.
