About the Role:

As a senior member of our amazing development team you'll play an
integral part in the design, development and delivery of new
functionality for our newly released Exalogic/Exadata `eAGLE'
system.  Working in partnership with our internal team and franchises
you'll help drive the evolution of new product functionality that
will pave the way for expanded business opportunities (translates to
– more revenue).  More revenue means we all share in our success!

What you'll be doing:

    * As a senior member of our development team you'll demonstrate
your superior design, coding and mentorship skills as a highly
productive engineer
    * Your experience with web services, middleware orchestration and
keen eye for elegant UI development will help elevate more junior
members
    * As a working lead, you will coach, mentor and train by example
– using architecture best practices and adopting our framework
methodologies
    * Provide accurate estimates of your work effort during sprint
planning sessions – and then deliver!
    * Work as an engaged member of the team to support unit, integration,
system, and user acceptance level testing of complex application code.
    * Skillfully facilitate design sessions with your team and
participate in requirements gathering with business users and other key
stakeholders.
What we're looking for from you:
    * BS in computer science or engineering
    * 5+ years experience with J2EE development preferably with Oracle
SOA Suite
    * Experience building business, financial or data-centric
applications
    * Experience with ADF, BPEL, EJB, XSLT, JMS and XML
    * Strong SQL programming skills are required
    * Strong problem solving skills.
    * Ability to troubleshoot complex code and provide performance
recommendations.

About the Role:

As a key member of our infrastructure team you are responsible for
designing, installing, configuring and maintaining the Windows and
Virtual computing environments.  Your experience maintaining VMware and
ESX environments will help round out the team. You'll serve as a SME
to analyze and resolves problems associated with hardware and software
of primarily Microsoft Windows operating systems.

What you'll be doing:

    * Serving as Windows Administrator for Microsoft Windows 2003/2008
servers
    * Building Windows 2003/2008 servers
    * Administering and maintaining VMware ESX/ESXi and Citrix virtual
environments
    * Administering physical and virtual server platforms, including
blade technology
    * Administering Active Directory and Exchange environments
    * Monitoring system performance and fine tuning as necessary
    * Performing capacity analysis and forecasting
    * Developing maintenance policies and procedures for systems
    * Training and mentoring junior team members
    * Getting hands on exposure to Storage Area Networks, and Network
Attached Storage
    * Providing backup capabilities to team members
    * Maintaining inventory for identified Microsoft hardware and
software systems
    * Creating and maintaining documented procedures for Windows
administrative tasks and environments

What we're looking for from you:

    * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a technical
discipline
    * 5+ years of Windows environment administration experience –
MCITP preferred
    * Current documented experience administering VMware ESX/ESXi servers
– VCP certification a plus
    * Extensive experience scripting, tuning and performance monitoring
    * Ability to design, configure and maintain of Active Directory and
Exchange
    * Experience installing software releases, firmware, system upgrades
and patches
    * DNS and DHCP administration experience
    * Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN and WAN concepts
