Provide support for assigned enterprise class software applications. Ascertain problems and assist in resolving them. Provide analytical support to users, infrastructure and technical support to Computer Operators and Developers. Determine root cause of issues by working closely with System Administrators, DBAs and Desktop Support. Support departments on all aspects of user reported application & data issues.
Requires Bachelor of Science degree in related field, or the combination of education and experience and 5 years related progressive experience, analyzing and problem solving using multiple software applications - Oracle software preferred.
Requirements:
* Strong working knowledge of SQL Server, MS Access or similar relational databases
* Requires strong analytical / problem solving skills and effective communication skills
* Requires ability to read, analyze, interpret technical procedures, and to identify and manage routine and complex problems
