Summary
Part of the Reporting and Metrics team, responsible for the performance monitoring and measurement of the Level 3 operations organization.

Essential Duties
•Individual will liaise with multiple organizations to identify reporting and metric needs and requirements.
•Overall job responsibility is to create repeatable and intuitive SQL server reports against organizational, group, and individual contributor performance measures to facilitate process and team improvement.
•Create performance reports on install, change and disconnect orders as well as perform tasks, actions and revenue reporting. Reporting and metrics will be sourced from multiple order entry, workflow and inventory systems as well as supporting data marts / databases.
•Support ad hoc requests and projects as requested by the supported organizations and teams.
Knowledge, Skills or Abilities

Proficient in the following:

•Microsoft SQL Server (which uses the T-SQL ANSI/SQL development standards)
•SSRS (SQL Server Report Services)
•SSIS/DTS package development
•Visual Studio
•Oracle 9i or better
•2 - 3 years experince with SSAS and cube development
•2 - 3 years experince VB.NET, C# and/or application development
•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point)
•4+ years’ experience in data mining, querying / accessing large data sets and developing key business reports and metrics
•Experienced in analyzing complex issues, distilling and communicating their relevant aspects
•Efficient time management skills
•Able to draw conclusions from research and analysis and determine next steps and course of action
