GHX - Software Engineer III, Oracle Database Administrator

This HR boilerplate always cracks me up.  Hilarious!  Not only is it "not tolerated", but "absolutely not tolerated".

"Improper interference with the ability of GHX’s employees to perform their expected job duties is absolutely not tolerated."

And what would be "proper interference" with a person's job duties?
