* 3+ years Java software design and development.
* Strong J2EE background
* Configured J2EE Application Servers, not just starting and stopping
* Know about J2EE security, authentication, HTTP sessions
* Know what JNDI is and how it works
* Worked with RDBMS, probably Oracle. Good DB design skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
What you'll be doing:
* Working in the architecture and development group
* Creating enterprise caliber Java systems, that are highly reliable and scalable
* Create and maintain web based e-commerce applications
* Architect, design and develop future products
* Participate in team design meetings and code reviews
* Develop new features, code them quickly and efficiently, and shepherd them through QA and successful release
