Job Description:

The Requirements Analyst will be part of the Technology group reporting into the Project Management Office. This person will hold expert knowledge of DataLogix business processes and be able to translate business needs into technical requirements to be used by the Agile/Scrum team members. This position will be part of one or more projects at a given time working closely with Software Development, QA, Scrum Masters, Agile Product Owners and the internal Business Stakeholders.

The primary responsibility will include the following:

* Work with Agile Product Owners, Business Stakeholders and system end users to identify business issues and desired end goal.
* Work in collaboration with other Agile delivery teams and facilitate the identification and resolution of cross team dependencies.
* Be able to translate business needs into specific user stories, uses cases and technical requirements.
* Be able to advise Agile Product Owners of high level technical feasibility for a given request and be able to suggest alterative technical solutions where necessary.
* Work closely with Software Developers to ensure there are no gaps between documented requirements and implementation. This may mean that the position initiates and/or participates in technical design sessions.
* Document current business processes and data flows to maintain historical information.
* General knowledge and experience working in an agile development environment is required.


Skills and Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in the technical discipline or equivalent experience is required. MBA is desired.
* Experience producing various technical levels of documentation from business use cases, user stories and functional requirements to data models is desired.
* Candidate should have 5+ years of producing software requirements documentation for a Technology organization or a Software company.
* Be able to work on multiple projects/teams at a time and be able to juggle competing priorities.
* Strong written and verbal skills are a must.
* Experience in the COOP databases, behavioral targeting or digital advertising industry a plus.
* Experience in project management or serving the role of a scrum master is highly desired.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
This position supports new and existing products in analog and digital electronics, with some software development. Responsible for supporting, designing, developing, modifying and evaluating electronic, electro-mechanical or mechanical components, assemblies or integrated circuitry for hardware systems for the external market. Includes new design, as well as modification activities that results in significant product enhancement.

Activities encompass design, analysis, testing and process development using engineering principles and methods. Technical disciplines may include electrical and logical design of printed circuit boards or integrated circuits; mechanical design of electronics enclosures or integrated circuit packaging; and embedded software/firmware design. Evaluates implementation and techniques used in production.

The primary deliverable is designs and systems used to support the development of the Magnetic Recording operation of the product. Collaboration with other groups may be necessary throughout the development process.

Position Overview
Forecast Creation:
* Responsible for building forecast models to support demand forecasting.
* Create a unified top down forecast for all product lines (by week, market, channel, retailer, and SKU).
* Forecast Company Owned Stores new device sales as well as accessories.
* Work with the field sales team of each market gathering factual data (e.g., store count, previous forecasts, actual sales), challenging assumptions, and predicting likely sales patterns to keep the forecast up-to-date.

Global Healthcare Exchange - Integration Manager

Will manage technical projects and relationships around the on-time implementation and deployment of GHX integration and connectivity solutions for Provider and Supplier customers. These solutions include, but are not limited to, Connect Plus, On Demand AP, Nuvia, and Catalyst.

Will be responsible for communicating technical details of GHX solutions and the scope of the project to all participants. Acts as a technical troubleshooting escalation point for internal and external customers, as needed.
