TouchStar Software is built on an open-architecture, Windows 2000 Server
and Microsoft SQL Server platform, and state-of-the-art Dialogic SCSA
telephony components. Our offices in Denver, New York City, Davenport,
Phoenix, the United Kingdom, India, South Africa, and the Philippines
support over 2,000 clients. TouchStar acquired Digisoft in 2005,
Sigmaworx in 2006, and Data-Tel Info. Solutions in 2007. We strongly

We are currently reviewing resumes for our Implementations Manager
position. This position will be based out of the Aurora, CO office. ONLY

Summary:

* The Implementations Manager will be accountable for successfully
managing new system deployments and client installations projects.
He/She will be responsible for overseeing project execution, including
but not limited to calling and leading project kickoff meetings and
periodic project review meetings. Additionally, he/she will have to
resolve and document project issues, problems, and changes.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Set strategy and direction for the Implementations team
* Responsible for planning and implementing system installations,
upgrades, and replacements
* Coordinate and schedule appropriate internal resources to
perform installation tasks
* Assists in the development and enforcement of production
schedules
* Manage communication with clients throughout the installation
process
* Ensure client satisfaction at all times while coordinating
installation and support efforts
* Identify and coordinate appropriate internal resources to
resolve any system problems
* Act as a primary liaison with other departments as needed for
ensuring successful installations by resolving issues that are of a
highly sensitive and timely nature

* Identify, evaluate, and implement new service approaches and
concepts to exceed customer expectations, improve service levels,
control costs, streamline workflows, and increase the quality of
employee work life
* Other duties as assigned



Supervisory Responsibilities:

* Develops and maintains an effective implementations team through
the selection, training, compensation, motivation, termination and
review of staff
* Delegates duties to staff as well as supervise and provide
instruction as needed
* Maintains employee work/vacation schedules to ensure staffing
needs are met in accordance with company policy and guidelines
* Provides guidance and direction to staff to assist in their
professional development to include facilitating cross training
employees

Education / Training:

* Degree: High School Diploma / GED is required
* Bachelor's Degree preferred



Experience:

* Minimum of three years leadership experience in managing
installations and staff
* Proven track record of high customer satisfaction
* Successful experience in delivering measurable results to
customers through innovation and process improvement

* Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
* Telephony or call center experience
