Due to our exponential growth we are seeking motivated Technical
Recruiter to join our organization. At Rally, you'll be part of a high

Responsibilities:

Your success will directly impact our ability to deliver world class
products to our growing client list. This exciting ground floor
opportunity encompasses all stages of the recruiting process from
partnering with your recruitment team on recruitment strategy and
brainstorming with hiring managers to closing the deal with final salary
negotiations.



The ideal candidate will have the following experience and attributes:

* 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in both agency and
corporate environments.

* Experience in behavioral interviewing with strong Internet
sourcing skills.

* Strong track record of recruiting and acquiring top-tier R&D /
IT technology candidates.

* Strong skills at developing and implementing creative
recruiting solutions.

* Must have the ability to understand and articulate a hiring
manager's resource requirements, culture and other compatibility issues
that are critical to making a successful hire.

* Proven ability to develop and maintain candidate relationships
across multiple groups within the organization nationwide.

* Thorough knowledge of the entire recruiting life cycle coupled
with high candidate presentation to offer acceptance ratios.

* Previous experience with Applicant Tracking System.

* Strong communication, organizational, evaluation, and
negotiation skills.

* Solid business and human resource acumen coupled with an
ability to understand technology requirements quickly.

* Ability to influence and build credibility and confidence at
all levels.

* Strong work ethic and a professional image combined with high
standards of excellence, tenacity, creativity, initiative, and drive
balanced with flexibility and leadership.

* Ability to successfully work within a highly collaborative
environment.

* BS or equivalent experience
