Job Summary

Support various day-to-day data management tasks for client data
cleansing engagements. This position requires a blend of technical
aptitude, data management, and the ability to communicate
effectively with internal and external customers in a fast-paced
team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform data conversion, manipulation, and analysis on large data
sets received from customers, utilizing MS Access, MS Excel, and
other tools as needed
• Work in conjunction with other team members to ensure files are
accurately loaded and project schedule deadlines are met.
• Perform ad hoc queries on multiple large data sets to identify
data issues.
• Contribute to the development of processes and procedures that
support advanced Content Services projects.
• Act as part of User Acceptance Testing team to verify proprietary
tools.
• Other duties as requested.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Systems or a
healthcare-related discipline.
• 1 - 2 years experience in data management or data analysis (recent
graduates also considered).
• High degree of proficiency in MS Excel and MS Access
• SQL and experience with relational databases
• Strong customer service & communication skills

Job Summary

The purpose of this job is to properly organize and prioritize
Support Services group activities and support tool development tasks
in a manner that directly impacts GHX's ability to quickly respond
to production problems and minimize customer downtime. The position
designs, develops, tests, and implements monitoring and response
