What You Offer:
Experience supporting large-scale, mission-critical,
transaction-oriented MS SQL Server databases. A team player who will
help our developers to successfully design, test and deploy database
schema, and work with network engineers to successfully install,
maintain, and monitor the SQL servers.
Required:
Bachelor's degree and at least 3-4 years of MS SQL server DBA
experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid Transact-SQL skills
Understanding of SQL Server internals and architecture
Nice to have:
Replication
Security and planning
System tables
Backup/Restore
Performance monitoring, reporting, and tuning
Hardware evaluation and purchasing
Large dataset manipulation
Disaster recovery planning and execution
