As the senior member of this team located in Broomfield, CO, your primary focus will be working with developers on technical issues, offering guidance, direction, and training where needed, leveraging your extensive experience in developing clean, scalable web sites that ensure interoperability and maximum reuse. Contributing up to 50%-75% of your time to front-end web development, covering HTML, AJAX, (Advanced DOM and XML), tableless CSS, and JavaScript libraries, of primary importance in this dynamic role is your understanding of e-commerce site architecture, ensuring that ours integrates well with the backend, enabling functionality in a variety of environments, especially mobile. Your keen ability to translate specs and communicate across audiences will be critical as you work to keep projects on track with our development strategy. We are a fast-paced environment that often changes on a dime, so your ability to handle ambiguity while seeing the forest for the trees will be crucial to your success here, with particular regard to attacking our backlog.
