How does it work?
Expert Oracle JD Edwards Enterprise One development expertise - for all J.D. Edwards business application such as Oracle Sales Cloud, Eloqua, Social Marketing, Financials, Distribution, Manufacturing, Inventory, HR, Sales Orders and Expense Management.
Full Life Cycle Development - Identifying, analyzing and designing key complex applications that will impact the current and future profitability of the company.
Best Practices - It is a position of significant importance and influence in identifying and implementing in the Development Cycle best practices for maintaining current developed solutions as well as future development by working with key stakeholders on the various processes.
Corporate Services Leadership Team - This role will participate in the Corporate Services leadership team providing insight, imagination and out-of-the-box ideas to best improve the development processes for all current and future projects.
Cutting Edge Technology Tools - In addition to the JDE Development and CNC tool sets, this position utilizes tools from Microsoft, Apple and J.D. Edwards (Oracle) in a fast paced, high reward, team first environment.

Analyzes existing Oracle J.D. Edwards EnterpriseOne programs or formulates logic for new systems, development and testing procedures, prepares flowcharting, performs coding and tests/debugs programs.
Evaluates and develops departmental development life cycle best practices to be used in daily development requests and future Oracle J.D. Edwards EnterpriseOne software upgrades.
Develops conversion and system implementation plans specific to the Oracle J.D. Edwards EnterpriseOne software applications.
Develops Testing Plans - Works closely with other members of Corporate Services to develop testing plans and procedures to be used by system analysts and end-users.
Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming requests through the internal Oracle J.D. Edwards project request and lifecycle management tracking system.
Recommends changes in the deployment of current and new business applications and subsequent testing and documentation used for all programming changes.
Package Builds, System Upgrades, Admin Issues - Works closely with other Corporate Services team members on J.D. Edwards EnterpriseOne system administration issues including CNC and J.D. Edwards EnterpriseOne package builds and system upgrades.
Additional:
Reports to work on time each workday as scheduled and works all required hours.
Knowledge of SAP Business Objects reporting/dashboards or similar Business Intelligence tools preferred.
Knowledge of working with SQL servers and databases.
Expertise in working on Oracle J.D. Edwards EnterpriseOne upgrade projects as a developer or a similar technical role (minimum of 1 upgrade life cycle).
5-7 years Software Development experience preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in technology field preferred.
