LogRhythm - Systems Engineer

Overview:

LogRhythm is looking for a Security and Systems Engineer who will operate in a Sales Operations role focusing on the engineering support required to maximize and extend our continued success as
a leader in the SIEM market. The Security and Systems Engineer will be directly supporting LogRhythm’s Sales Engineering Team efforts for the Americas.  This is a critical role contributing to the overall success of LogRhythm.

Responsibilities:
    * Sandbox and CxC Systems Administration responsibility.
    * Maintenance and Systems support for CxC and Sandbox systems including 2 Production Usage, LogRhythm Network Monitor, and LogRhythm environments supporting Americas Channel,  Prospects, and the SE Team for product demonstrations and product
evaluations.
    * 3rd Party Systems Integration Support
    * Adding, Integrating, Maintaining, Decommissioning, etc. partner products into the Sandbox and CxC environment (e.g. FireEye, PAN, Qualys, Solera, VMWare, etc.)
    * Use Case Development and Integration
    * Collaboration with LogRhythm LABS Research team, Engineering, and Product Management, to incorporate demonstrable and compelling use cases in support of the Sandbox and CxC environments.
    * Recording the Use Cases for vignettes and training purposes
    * Documentation
    * LRU – LogRhythm University
    * Creation, Maintenance, and Support of a new LRU environment supporting SE efforts for new SE training (A true ‘Sandbox’ for building LR installations, calibrating, testing, etc.), existing SE training, testing (e.g. prospect requests to demo specific functions not available in the CxC/Sandbox w/o impacting production environments)

Qualifications:

    * Technically Strong: You have 2 - 5 years of experience with:
    * Installing and working with Windows Servers and AD Environments
    * Scripting and/or Software development (powershell, shell* scripting, regex, java, etc.)
    * Installing and configuring *NIX based applications
    * Software/Application installation, integration, and configuration
    * Windows SQL Server 2005/2008
    * Windows Domain Security and Audit Policies
    * Configuring routers, switches, and firewall devices
    * Communication: You have strong communication and technical writing skills.
    * Self-Starter: You can stand on your own as the point person while resolving an issue.
    * Efficient: You ensure projects are completed on-time, with the highest expertise.
