As the key member of our product team you will drive the product roadmap development and execution plan in preparation for enormous growth in the coming year. Your mission is to make sure that we have a product priorities, project and feature requirements that will stand the high volume transactions needed to support our fortune 500 client programs. You have access to both sides of your brain - you can visualize at a strategic level and execute at a tactical level. You have demonstrated your skill in new product development, market strategy and product visioning - and you have the battle scars to prove it. You embrace the Agile approach and can work side by side with your development partners to far exceed the client's expectations.

What you'll be doing:
- Working closely with our Executive Team to determine product/project priorities - and, as SCRUMaster, manage their implementation as the hub between internal and external stakeholders
- Skillfully authoring user stories by eliciting requirements from clients, business and technology partners
- Applying best practices to help us build software better, faster and more efficiently than ever before
- Coaching and mentoring the team in process and methodologies.
- Keeping your eye on the competitive landscape, emerging market trends and futuristic concepts so that we maintain our leading edge - you are watching the road ahead, and you have an eye on the rear-view mirror.

What you'll bring to the table:
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in a product development role with commercial grade software, digital media, SaaS or retail e-commerce
- Direct experience and skills in brand marketing; understanding of digital marketing, loyalty programs, relationship marketing, CRM and affiliate sales models would be an asset
- Certification as a SCRUMaster or Product Owner highly regarded
- Demonstrated success in managing projects from cradle to grave - this includes applying best practice methods to budget management, risk assessment, scope/change requests, project charter and retrospective.
- An analytical mind - you are wired to seek the truth - and the truth is in the data.
- You are an articulate communicator - you seek to understand the business implications of the work you do and strive to deliver value. You are comfortable presenting your case to the executive team and to our clients with character and integrity.
- Client Management experience - you thrive in an environment where you get to work directly with clients and help them achieve their goals
- A problem solver - the harder the task - the more fun it is to overcome!
- Personally driven to achieve your deadlines and keep your commitments
- A good sense of humor and a passion for making a positive impact in the world
- Understanding that sometimes the best ideas come at the end of a hard day - and over a beer
- Availability for travel within and outside the US as required (but not excessively)
