Recondo - Data Reporting Analyst, Operations Engineer

Trilogi has been acquired by Recondo Technology currently HQ'ed in
Greenwood Village, CO.  As a result Trilogi now has an additional
location in Greenwood Village, off I-25 and Orchard Road.

We currently have an opening for a Data Reporting Analyst in our
Greenwood Village, CO office.  This person must work well with others in
a fast moving environment. Work with Managers and Staff to generate,
manipulate, and abstract data accurately from the Patient Accounting
System to support effective decision-making



Responsibilities:

-      Ensure data integrity by understanding the work flow process

-      QA of financial data to ensure accurate invoicing

-      Abstract large data sets by financial class using Hospital ATB
reports for analysis by the Sales Team

-      Create accurate Executive and Management dashboards

-      Calculate sales and collection staff commissions



Skill Set:

·        Proficient in MS Office 2007 Products with an Emphasis on
MS Excel

o  MS Excel 2007

§  Macros - VBA for Excel

§  Formulas

§  Pivot Tables

§  Charts and Graphs

·        Ability to perform complex data analysis

o  Identify discrepancies between two hospital information systems and
reconcile those differences

·        Hospital Patient Accounting/Finance Experience

·        Strong Analytical Skills

·        Understanding of Work Flows

·        Detail Oriented

·        Strong Attention to Data Integrity

Trilogi currently has an opening for an Operations Engineer in our
Greenwood Village, CO office.  This person must work well with others in
a fast moving environment sometimes requiring irregular hour.  Trilogi
is a highly energetic company and needs a person that thrives in this
type of environment.  The Operations Engineer must be willing to work in
an agile environment and work in all aspects of Operations, including
but not limited to requirements, architecture, design, unit testing,
documentation, installation and data center / customer support as
required.



Position Responsibilities:

-        Deploy code and data to production, stage, and test
environments

-        Verify basic functional operation of all environments

-        Analyze and automate operations processes

-        Maintain monitoring and management tools with up-to-date
configurations

-        Troubleshoot issues, isolating them to the component causing
the symptom

-        Document operations processes and write deployment and
operational plans

-        Performance analysis and reporting



Key work characteristics:

-        Consistent and thorough, someone who will "go the extra

-        Work closely with other staff



Desired experience:

-        Experience verifying the operation of servers and portals

-        Troubleshooting

-        Experience with management, monitoring, and tracking tools

-        Experience with Linux Platforms



Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS or CIS



Preferred Skills:

-        Scripting Skills (Bash, Ruby or Windows Batch scripting)

-        SQL and familiarity with databases

-        Proficient in MS Office 2007 Products with an Emphasis on MS
