The Business Automation Analyst role is part of the key to our success in this area. In this role, you'll be exposed to some of the most important challenges in marketing today.  The business automation analysis function is responsible for driving performance improvement through increasing process efficiency, reporting, and analysis. This position will be responsible for automating existing & new processes to support scalability demands.

Day-to-day you will:
* Interface with sales, account management, database administrators and operations staff to understand objectives and communicate scope
*  Assist in the development of reporting and measurement innovations through process improvement and quality control practices
*  Assume processes and reports and implement automation to support scaling demands
*  Generate standard documentation of automated process
* Produce customized reports as may be required to demonstrate performance within product and industry categories
What you bring to the table.

* Technical skills required include:
o Strong VBA skills - Within Excel is a must. Must have experience beyond simply recording macros.
o Proficient in MS Excel 2007
o Experience with Batch Files
o Experience with rest of MS Office Suite - specifically Outlook, PowerPoint & Word
o Intermediate SQL & SAS skills desired
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must
* Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
* Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, work in teams, and be flexible within a fast-paced and changing environment
* Solid verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
* Bachelors degree in a quantitative field such business, economics, statistics, or other discipline with a focus on statistics or quantitative analysis
