Summary: Architect / Development Lead position responsible for the
architecture and development of the company's next-generation,
.NET-based, online software products and services. This person will
make specific technology adoption recommendations, plan development
roadmaps, and help implement the technology both directly and through
direction of a small team of technology resources.

family offices and foundations to provide the most sophisticated
reporting services available for ultra-high net worth families and their
advisors, to help them find clarity and control of their highly complex
portfolios. Since 2001, the Company has led the industry through
cutting-edge technology and top-notch customer service. The Company is
growing rapidly and is looking to expand its Technology team.
Position Skills - REQUIRED (Senior-level Experience):
* Current experience designing and implementing N-Tier,
Service-Oriented Architectures related to High Availability, Online
Transaction Processing and Reporting Platforms.
* Background in Object Oriented Analysis and Design based upon
Microsoft .NET/C# technologies.
* Experience implementing workflow-based applications using
Windows Workflow Foundation (WWF).
* Experience exposing Web Service and Remote Component APIs
through Windows Communication Foundation (WCF).
* Experience with Authentication and Identity Management through
Active Directory, SQL-based mechanisms (SQL 2005/2008), and
Federated/Single-Signon mechanisms such as SAML, OAuth & OpenID.
* Strong background in designing Authorization models spanning
all application/database tiers within a multi-tenant environment.
* Experience leading small teams of developers in an iterative,
agile-style SDLC.
* Experience integrating QA, Staging and Release procedures into
an agile-style SDLC.
Position Skills - STRONG PLUS:
* Development background using C/C++.
* Industry background in the Financial Services arena.
* Design and development experience within a LAMP/Open Source
environment.
* Strong understanding of HTML5 and how it will change the
online application development model in the future.
Years of Experience: 10 - 15 years total, with primary and recent
background in OLTP design/development using Microsoft .NET technologies.
7+ years leading/managing development teams. 3-5 years, minimum, in a
lead-architect role.
Payrate: $110K to $130K + Stock Options - Commensurate with Experience
