We seek a creative and metrics-driven eCommerce Marketing Manager to help expand Webroot’s leadership in the online consumer security market. Our ideal candidate is an experienced online marketing manager who is passionate about improving our customers’ online experience while optimizing conversion rates and website sales. You will work closely with our online and direct sales teams, web production, web development, engineering, and customer support.


Responsibilities:

· Drive both domestic and international online sales through website optimization

· Identify and prioritize opportunities to optimize web pages for Webroot.com in order to improve conversion rate, revenue per visitor and customer satisfaction.

· Use creativity and experience to craft solutions to web page issues

· Draft detailed requirements documents to define web- and ecommerce-related site enhancements

· Manage Marketing projects through to timely and accurate completion

· Create test plans and test final products to ensure accuracy

· Use online tools to test the solutions (A/B testing) and measure the results of those tests

· Manage site changes including online marketing campaigns, product launches, redesigns, etc.

· Conduct detailed competitive analysis / reviews of other web sites and best practices in order to improve our approach and maximize sales.


REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communication; MBA preferred

· 4+ years of applied knowledge of online marketing concepts and techniques
Experience with B2C ecommerce – Ability to develop and implement campaigns to drive online sales

· Ability to target customers and deliver focused messages based on sales and marketing requirements

· Understanding of how users engage in the web site, access and use content.

· Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Omniture, Test and Target, TeaLeaf, or related technologies

· Strong Web Technology understanding (familiarity with html, javascript preferred)
