Local Number Portability (LNP) Help Desk
This position is on the LNP Help Desk, which requires very good customer service skills while troubleshooting a customers porting related issue. This position is responsible for supporting the customers in their end to end local number portability process.
* The candidate will be asked to answer phone calls, emails, and process tickets.
* The candidate should have good multi-tasking capabilities, as they will be asked to troubleshoot the customers issue in various systems and databases while corresponding with the customer.
* The candidate must be able to thrive in high volume environment.
* Experience in LNP industry desired but not required.
* Need to have advanced Customer Service skills.
* Experience required in Outlook and Excel
