Responsible for developing products and services that achieve annual
sales and operational plans , and successfully executing strategies to achieve revenue and profit goals.

Responsibilities include leadership and accountability for all phases of
the Mobile Exchange solution line operations and results, including
staffing, training, budgeted production, sales and service delivery
goals, customer service, quality and compliance.

The successful candidate will have experience managing a P& L,
establishing and executing on approved budget plans. The ability to
meet goals and attain desired business results in a team-oriented
environment is vital. The Executive Director is accountable for the
profitable operation and growth of Mobile Exchange solutions.
Experience with the following is desired:

* Developing multi-product marketing and product management
plans for new client generation and client retention.

* Achieving P&L objectives and planned contribution targets.

* Managing staff and operational/capital expense plans while
achieving EBITDA performance.

* Leveraging opportunities across all Business Units.

Principle duties and responsibilities:

* Appropriates the sales revenue and profitability necessary to
meet the objectives for Mobile Exchange.

* Assesses and directs the strategic vision and value
proposition of Mobile solutions to GHX, its members, and business
partners

* Directs the management of the Mobile Exchange product, making
strategic and operational decisions that affect cost, quality, and speed
to ensure successful outcomes, measured by customer satisfaction.

* Initiates opportunities to understand business/technology
marketplace trends and applies this information to Mobile strategies,
vision for the future, and pilot opportunities.

* Creates and oversees the execution of integrated
business/technology strategies that increase profitability/reduce costs,
and more deeply integrates the Mobile Exchange product internally and
externally.

* Works with Product Manager to:

- Drive the execution of channel marketing programs and
communications vehicles that support the Mobile Exchange product
strategy.

- Disseminate information regarding solution offerings to all
GHX departments to facilitate the sale and understanding of deployed
solutions.

* Works directly with Mobile Product Development Manager to:

- Define ongoing direction for optimal development and QA
procedures in support of GHX's standard product development life cycle
(PDLC).

* Manages and executes the budget and profitability plans, and
processes necessary to achieve goals and objectives.

* Forecasts revenue and ensures the efficient execution of
policies and procedures.

* In partnership with Exchange Services leadership team,
monitors, modifies and provides feedback regarding the strategic plan.

* Works with senior management and Human Resources regarding
team composition, recruitment and selection of new team members,
training and retention of productive contributing personnel, and
individual compensation, as necessary.

Required Skills:

* Successful previous experience in managing a profit and loss
center highly desired.

* Must possess proven skills in designing and managing budgets
and revenue forecasts to goal.

* Senior-level strategic planning and operating experience.

* Must possess a proven skill set in building and managing
efficient and productive processes.

* Positive track record of quantifiable accomplishments, both
top line and bottom line.

* Demonstrated creation of shareholder value through growth, mix
improvements and cost reduction initiatives.

* Must possess proven skills in managing profit and loss to
goals.

* Must demonstrate leadership, problem solving and teambuilding
skills.

* Must possess strong interpersonal skills.

* Strong financial acumen.

* Strong customer service focus necessary, with an ability to
provide service that exceeds the customer's expectations on a daily
basis.



Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's in Business, Management Information Systems, or
Computer Science, or a combination of education and experience.

* 10+ years Information Technology experience.

* 5+ years IT installation, implementation, and support
experience in a material/supply chain environment.

* 5+ years direct people/staff/team supervision and management
experience.

* 3+ years healthcare product and industry experience.
