TeleTech - Application Support Analyst

TeleTech Government Solutions, a leading provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services to federal and state agencies, is hiring qualified technical analysts for a temporary project (expected duration September 2010).

Job Description
This position provides sophisticated technical support to an internal client on both proprietary applications /industry applications, and routine tasks such as software upgrades and maintenance. Resolves reported problems related to software / hardware, operating systems and configuration issues through troubleshooting and research. This position requires technician to demonstrate excellent customer interaction skills both verbally and orally.

Certifiable technical skills. Acceptable call center related technical certifications including but not limited to Bachelor Degree in Computer Science related careers and two years experience in support teams.

Demonstrated work experience in a networked client-server environment with experience with:
o Microsoft tools and OS, Windows Server 2003
o Microsoft TCP/IP and network environment.
o IIS for applications, ASP.NET, .netframework 1-3.5
o Windows load balancing. F5 experience a plus.
o Web services.
o Experience with Oracle Databases.
o SMTP
o VM Ware
High level development understanding a plus.


Excellent customer service skills as defined in terms of customer satisfaction.
Being familiar with the call center business and supporting multiple clients is a plus.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Excellent documentation and written skills.
Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning, obtaining appropriate certifications, and developing skills with ever changing technology.

Additional Specific Duties & Responsibilities: Must be flexible to support a 24 X 7 environment. Overtime will be required on occasion. May be required to carry a pager and be available in emergency and emergent situations. All applicants selected for the role will need to pass a government security clearance.
