Direct Hire position
This is a sales position with ProtoTest selling software quality assurance and testing services. You will be responsible for lead generation, sales, and account management with ProtoTest clients.
Duties
* Prospecting and lead generation for new clients
* Secure new client business and maintain accounts
* Work very closely with our recruiting staff to ensure the best solution for our clients
* Utilize our CRM system to ensure tracking of all client correspondence and activities
Required Skills and Experience
* We want an extrovert who considers themselves a "people-person" in order to create strong relationships with our clients
* We want someone who can ask great questions, listens well and feels easy (genuine) to talk to
* Strong ethics and high integrity values are a must
* History of achievement and success in life and in sales
* Fast learner and ability to pick up terminology and technologies quickly
* Team player with good internal communication practices
* BA/BS degree
Desired Skills and Experience
* Knowledge of IT and specifically software development and testing would be ideal
