Basic Job Purpose: Under general direction, formulates and defines
systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined
with a basic understanding of business systems and industry
requirements. Develops or modifies moderately complex information
systems.
I3 Voice Engineer - 6 month contract
The I3 Voice Engineer will be responsible for engineering, designing,
configuring implementing and supporting Interactive Intelligence
technologies systems and solutions.
Essential Functions:
Perform project and support tasks; configuration, and on-site
Implementation of Interactive Intelligence products and solutions
Design, install & configure network and telephony devices in compliance
using best practices and in accordance with company standards
Responsible for maintenance to and enhancements of the Interactive
Intelligence (I-3) system 3.0
Troubleshoots system issues, determines root cause, repairs, and
escalates to Network Architects or vendors when necessary.
Responsible for the infrastructure of a multi-protocol networking
environment including technology review, telecommunications design in
LAN and WAN, remote computing, performance, capacity planning functions,
providing consultation, project management, and following industry
standards.
Experience:
2-3 years IP Telephone/VoIP experience
Minimum 1 years related Interactive Intelligence experience in version
3.0
Bachelor's degree in Information Sciences Engineering or related field
and/or commensurate experience.

SQL Server Developers - SQL oriented...stored procedures.....with strong
SSIS skills and SQL2008 experience only required. Any type of C#
experience and web service development would be a plus.
