SUMMARY
The primary focus of this position will be to enhance, maintain and support the data extract and load processes which HealthTrans has developed to support our internal finance processes. This position may additionally provide support in the development and maintenance of our web applications as time allows.
JOB DUTIES
Performs design and coding of extract, transform and load processes using Microsoft technologies
Maintains and modifies existing extract processes.
Performs maintenance programming for existing versions.
Performs custom programming based on customer requests.
Conducts unit tests of new and modified applications
Writes or revises program documentation, operations documentation and user guides in accordance with standards
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to other technical staff members
Ability to interface well with Professional Service staff and other non-technical members of the organization
Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies
Other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
7+ years experience with Object Oriented Design and Development
5+ years experience with C#
7+ years experience with SQL Server 2005 / 2008
7+ years experience with T-SQL, including stored procedures, functions and triggers
2+ years experience with SSIS and SSRS
Oracle database experience
Experience with Microsoft development tools including Visual Studio 2008 (and later)
Experience with Microsoft .Net framework
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
Experience with Microsoft Access database development
Experience developing ASP.Net applications
Experience with Ajax Controls
Experience with CSS and Javascript
Experience designing and developing data driven web services (WCF preferred)
Experience with Sharepoint development
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Math, or Engineering.
