Enterprise Applications Manager

pattern of growth. We seek an experienced Enterprise Applications
Manager for the following role:



RESPONSIBILITIES



* Manages the planning, implementation and maintenance of
enterprise wide systems in functional areas including Finance, Human
Resources, Marketing, Sales etc.
* Participate in gathering and validating business requirements
and process flows
* Design, manage and implement application projects in conjunction
with technical and functional teams
* Implement backup and recovery methodology for Enterprise apps
and any supported databases
* Implement performance monitoring strategy and develop and
maintain SOX policy compliance.
* Build reports or data extracts from customer requirements
* Create and maintain documentation for all environments
* Current Environment includes: EpiCor, NetSuite, MS SQL Server
* Establishes programming standards and program documentation
requirements.



REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE



* Approximately 7-10 years of progressive experience in IT and
in-depth knowledge of IT business applications.
* Strong organizational and leadership skills and interpersonal
skills.
* Proficiency with large scale ERP systems (such as Oracle,
PeopleSoft or SAP), software architecture, best practices methodology
and governance
* Business and financial analysis skills
* Strong Project management estimating, planning, controlling, and
execution skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are needed to
interact with all levels of management, business partners and IT
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
* Experience with one or more ERP implementation project highly
desired
