We are looking for a Program Manager with a strong Financial/Billing background for a 6 month contract in Broomfield, Colorado. The primary responsibilities of the position include the coordination/gathering of project requirements from various groups within Customer Financial Services organization, working with upstream groups to understand their requirements for initiating projects, defining SOW/Business Requirements with operational owners, creating and maintain project plans and successfully tracking all projects through their respective life-cycles.
Prior project management and reporting experience, proficiency with MS Office Suite including Project, strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work independently are required. The ability to follow existing procedures and to create new processes as necessary will be critical for succeeding at this position. Knowledge of Billing and Financial systems such as Kenan and Oracle, RUP Methodology, Primavera are all highly desired. Exposure to the Billing Migration Methodology is highly desired.
The ideal candidate will be capable of prioritizing and seeing through competing tasks, working independently, applying strong analytical focus to all responsibilities, and looking for innovative approaches to solutions. Workload will be cyclical in order to meet the demands of deadlines and month end cycles.
The ideal candidate should have:
5 years + experience in Project Management, especially as it relates to Telecommunications and/or Financial Operations.
Some Travel is required.
Knowledge of Billing and Financial systems such as Kenan and Oracle, RUP Methodology, Primavera are all highly desired
