Position: Provisioner Migration Groomer
Location: Broomfield, CO
Duration: 12 months likely to extend
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Migration Groomer responsibilities will include:
. Provisioning network elements to support our Voice services customers
. Provisioning and test Local Number Portability (LNP), Toll Free, and
other related Voice services
. Communicating with and managing customer orders
. Provision and troubleshoot customer services
. Manage migration process for customer and network access services
. Project manage specific customer and network transactions
. Communicate across several internal organizations and the customer
including regular upstream progress status reports
MUST TRAVEL TO Tulsa for up-front training, so they need to be willing
to fly.
