Services and the intelligence sector), and an information database
utilized by the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

relational Oracle database, and writing all related documentation.
My team and I also wrote database testing standards, conforming to
IV&V standards, as well as writing testing procedures for two
databases we had designed.

Between August 1990 and December 1990, I also wrote my first book on
Oracle SQL for v5.1 as well as designed and created a corresponding
database to the book to offer hands on training to other employees.

Between May 1989 and July 1989, using a graphics software package, I
designed and created a computer based training package for the NAVSEA
project for which I was associated. This tool allowed the end user
to be trained to use the database our team had designed and developed
for them. They would be able to install this on their PC and refer
to it as a refresher from the classroom training they had received.
The tool emulated the database menus and forms as well as the Help
and Error messages. Quizzes were included at the end of each section.
