Fruition is looking for a motivated and talented mid-level designer who enjoys working in a collaborative environment to bring ideas, mockups, and designs to life. You will be working with a team of designers, developers, and project managers to theme and build out Drupal, Magneto, WordPress, and mobile apps. You must be passionate about constantly improving your skills and sharing that knowledge/experience with the team.You must have the have the ability to understand the client’s problem and suggest solutions based on each client’s unique needs.
UX Design Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work/life experience
5+ years developing/Designing for the web
Strong attention to detail
CSS3/HTML5 knowledge
javascript and jquery
An understanding of PHP
Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator
Drupal/Wordpress/Magento specific site building and theming
Knowledge of responsive web development and desire to learn more
Experience of working in an open-source environment and with open-source tools. We are a Drupal, Magento, and WordPress shop.
Must be adaptable and able to pick up new techniques
Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
Must be able to work on their own and in a team
Must be able to work with tight deadlines
Must be thorough and precise in their work
Experience with bootstrap and foundation a big plus
