Douglas County School - Database Administrator

"over 560 servers of which 90% are virtualized."Good chance this is a sprawling jumble of feifdoms.  Seriously, a real HR department doesn't brag about the political inefficiencies that require hundreds and hundreds of machines.

"Architect efficient ETL processes including hands-on ETL development and review of ETL load jobs for consistency and quality"
Develop the code and watch it run every day in production.  You get to do it all, and call yourself an "architect".  You probably will need your own machines for this - let's get over 600 machines!

"assisting in disaster recovery if necessary"
You are on-call for anything and everything, all of the time.

"frequent emergency information service requests requiring overtime commitments."
Management can't manage their customer's expectations, so you get to work frequent overtime.

"LICENSES OR CERTIFICATION – Valid Driver’s License"
If you choose not to have a driver's license, or if your physical ability (blind?) won't allow it, you can't work here because obviously everybody knows you must have a driver's license to handle hundreds and hundreds of machines while working frequent overtime.
