Brandfolder is seeking an experienced front-to-back end RoR developer to lead our development efforts. Your primary role will be to enhance and evolve our existing web application. As a core addition to our 4-person team, you will have access to our great mentors, exposure to experts in a variety of industries, and the ability to participate in critical decisions that will help drive growth.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Ruby - 2-5+ years of Ruby and web application development (with recent relevant experience using Rails 3).
• Database - Knowledgeable in PostgreSQL and SQL query language (ability to write and optimize SQL queries).
• Front End - 2-5+ years of experience with modern web protocols and markup languages (CSS, Javascript, Jquery, HTML, AJAX, etc) and Cross-browser Compatibility Experience. Experience with MVC frameworks a big plus.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience driving the technical direction for a team
• Experience designing and building b2b web applications
• Agile software development methodology
• Test driven development experience
