Application Support Analyst Position
The position of Product Support Analyst provides application support for
McKesson products operating in a UNIX/Linux, client/server environment
on Oracle database systems. Solutions are highly complex and considered
mission-critical in the healthcare industry, requiring rapid resolution.
Minimum Requirements:
*2 years experience in a customer-facing technical support role
*2 years experience in complex application support experience for
enterprise customers
*2 years experience in basic UNIX/Linux System architecture
*2 years creating and executing queries with SQL
Highly Desired:
*Ability to work on a team as well as independently.
*4+ years experience in a customer-facing technical support role.
*4+ years experience in complex application support experience for
enterprise customers.
*4+ years experience in basic UNIX/Linux System architecture.
*4+ years working with SQL.
*Healthcare industry experience
*BS degree in technical discipline.
*Ability to quickly learn new, complex technologies.
*Effective verbal and written communication skills.
*Ability to prioritize and demonstrate time management skills.
*Ability to work effectively with customers in high-pressure situations.
*Flexible schedule to allow for pager rotation.
*Good interpersonal skills.
Education:
*BS degree in technical discipline.
*Relevant professional experience strongly desired.
