Requirements:
•A minimum of 4 years of object-oriented design/development required, including a minimum of 4 or more year's JAVA/J2EE programming and mid-tier development
•Design, code, analyzes, evaluates, tests, debugs, documents, and implements complex software apps.
•2 years of Web Services experience
•Previous experience with a relational database query language such as Oracle SQL including tuning
•Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent applicable work experience.
•Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment.
•Positive attitude and strong interpersonal/communication skills are required
•On-call for 24/7 environment on a periodic cycle.

Great-West Financial Services is currently hiring a Automated/Regression Quality Assurance Lead to join our FASCore (Financial Administrative Services Corporation) team of professionals. FASCore is a subsidiary of Great-West and a leader of 401(k) record keeping services. The Position will be leading a team of 3 QA professionals in the implementation and enhancement of our HP Quality Center tool suite. This position will also work with the FASCore systems Business Analyst/Testers on staff to increase the quality of testing processes and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive testing vision to increase the quality of deliverables. This vision should make software QA testing more efficient and transparent to customers.
Work with the management team to understand and analyze requirements for setting up the Quality Testing environment
Administer and maintain the suite of HP Quality Center tools.
Drive the use of Quality Center for Defect Tracking and Test planning throughout the department.
Position Requires:
Bachelors Degree in computer science, business administration, or engineering or equivalent work experience.
At least three years of software testing and business analysis experience is required.
Must have a strong knowledge of testing methodologies and the development lifecycle.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communications kills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of Oracle is a plus.
Business knowledge of 401(k), 457 or 403(b) retirement plans would be a great bonus.
