Cricket Communications - Analyst Business Reporting II Product Marketing

Job Summary This role leverages your abilities as a self-starter, your attention to detail, and your ability to quickly digest large amounts of data and identify patterns and key findings. You will support the product team on business requirements, report development, data mining, sales performance measures, tool development and market research using ad-hoc analysis methods and statistical modeling techniques. Essential Functions

Product Metrics and Reporting: Create and distribute business dashboards to track key performance metrics and Serve as Business/Working Owner for reporting and data projects. Drive projects and focus on the overall perspective across all customer-facing channels. Partner with EPMO Project Manager on implementation of reporting and metrics tracking. Design - Work with internal and external cross-functional groups to identify the metrics, work with data management on report structures, systems and format, manage stakeholder inputs and timelines and define payment processes, make recommendations on reporting tools and systems from Excel to Oracle, etc. Develop - Create a reporting strategy and roadmap, partner with internal and external cross-functional groups to build, test and refine the reports, work with the Product team on new features, services and rate plans Manage - Monitor and troubleshoot reporting systems and processes, interface with reporting partners regularly, lead reporting summits and operational reviews with internal partners. Analyze customer behaviors, identify patterns, understand what is and is not working with our products. Makes recommendations to the product team. Develop reporting requirements for billing system and new wireless prepaid service models. Review and analyze the following types of reports: financial, engineering, customer care, supply chain, retail sales, service usage trends and others. Collaborate with Finance, Data Management, IT/Billing, Engineering, Customer Care, Product Marketing and external partners on a regular basis to review metrics, identify opportunities, improve data accuracy and troubleshoot. Market research Provide statistical support to market research organization.

Ad Hoc Analyses: Support ad-hoc requests for product, operational and customer experience data. Participate in key cross-functional development and implementation meetings to ensure systems and process details are in alignment with customer business tools, functions, and strategic direction. Review, provide critical feedback, and in some cases author requirements documents that ultimately influence the applications and services used across vendors and technology platforms.

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics or statistics, related discipline, or equivalent experience

Job Requirements: 5+ years experience in a reporting and data analysis role with responsibility for creating, developing, and analyzing reports in connection with a revenue generating products Very strong interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communications skills, including a high degree of comfort preparing and delivering presentations to senior management. Excellent relationship building skills and ability to work closely with internal groups in order to obtain critical data, i.e. customer care, engineering, supply chain, sales, etc. Highly analytical with ability to create dashboards and reports (based on multiple data sources) that will generate insights in order to help run the business Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel modeling techniques and financial analysis tools and methods; Knowledge of SQL & other database management and reporting/query software. Ability to join multiple, disparate databases. Experience extracting data from Oracle or MSSQL Server databases. Combining data from multiple sources and aggregating to produce various reports in Excel. Proficient in MS Office Consumer products or services preferred
