Responsible for the analysis, design, programming and unit testing on web applications and internal applications. Other duties may include developing testing tools to help ensure code quality, testing B2B software components, and creating supporting documentation.
Will work with other engineers, managers, Product Management, QA, and Operations teams to develop innovative solutions that meet company initiatives with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, reliability, realistic implementation schedules, and adherence to development goals and principles.
Principal duties and responsibilities:
* Performs analysis, design, and implementation of Java-based applications.
* Performs user interface design and development.
* Contributes to project document reviews, and design/code reviews
* Generates design/implementation documentation, as needed.
* Generates supporting unit tests ,as well as system test specifications and implementations.
* Develops scripts to generate automated deployment of developed solutions.
* Develops database scripts to create or update tables and data for application back-end development.
* Works independently with some day-to-day instruction and general direction for new assignments.
* Interacts with business stakeholders to verify and clarify requirements and design decisions.
* Works collaboratively and closely with other developers and QA in an Agile environment.
Required Qualifications:
* B.S. in Computer Science or related degree, or a combination of education and related experience.
* 3+ years of professional Java development experience.
* 3+ years experience in requirements analysis, design, coding and unit testing of software applications.
* 3+ years experience in object-oriented design methodology and strong understanding of design patterns.
* Java Web GUI development experience.
* Must be able to work independently and as part of a team on multiple overlapping projects.
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
Desired Qualifications:
* Experience with the GWT and JSP technologies.

Primary Responsibility:
The Telecommunications Billing Analyst is the central coordination point for Telecommunication Service provisioning, invoice processing and billing analysis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Responsible for auditing invoices, billing accuracy and processing invoices for payment.
· Responsible for receipt and timely, accurate validation of processing telecommunication invoices.
· Coordinate provisions of telecommunication inventory (voice lines, data circuits, audio conferencing, calling cards, web conferencing, video conferencing, and wireless)
· Work closely with engineers and vendors on circuit ordering, changes and disconnects.
· Coordinate and manage procurement, deployment and tracking of mobile devices
o Coordinate number porting with carriers
o Responsible for receipt of new devices, asset tagging and inventory tracking
· Work with vendors to provide trending reports to management for usage and cost.
· Assist with special projects, such as savings initiatives, MPLS migrations, VoIP implementations, and audits.
· Coordinate with internal Accounting and vendors to resolve past-due balances and conduct research on payments and/or billing.
· Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients and vendors.
· Prepare dispute claims and complete documentation to communicate results to management and vendors.
· Identify any discrepancies on invoices, research billing details and communicate
issues to various telecommunication vendors for prompt billing disputes and credits.
· Assist in the development of new procedures and automation where possible to verify accuracy of invoices.
· Work with Information Technology Finance team to review monthly telecommunication cost for outlook and telecommunication accruals while assisting in vendor contract negotiations.
Education, Knowledge, and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT or similar field; Minimum five years in the Telecommunications field; extensive experience in telecommunication invoicing and billing; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Principal Responsibilities
.Assume ownership and full accountability for various IT desktop operations support model, team, standards, end user policies and procedures for all sites in the Americas .Provide team leadership, mentorship, and management expertise on all IT daily operations related matters including but not limited to supporting desktop hardware, virtualized products, connectivity issues, phones, PDA's, data center operations, productivity tools and software .Assist the IT Infrastructure teams in International with technical recommendations for software, hardware, standards and solutions appropriate for a highly technical end user environment. If adopted, provide project coordination with implementation, deployment, documentation and training where appropriate to ensure successful deployment to the end users .Manage and direct all vendors and contractor activity with regards to any desktop related outsourced services .Data gathering and ability to drill down into specific IT operations root cause analysis, ability to proactively recommend effective courses of action, communicate resolution, policy and procedures to the various IT stakeholders, management and end user population .Strong technical ability and problem solving skills across all the IT disciplines including hardware, software, telephony and connectivity .Effectively managing and mentor the team's response to call resolution, prioritization, escalation and SLA management .Analyze and report on performance metrics to ensure customer service standards are being met, and are within the relevant security, operational and best practice guidelines .Represent the department and the IT operations environment as an active participate in various strategic initiatives, projects and business related activities that directly impact IT
Requirements
.Minimum 10 years IT experience
.Minimum 3 years experience in a Supervisory / Lead role over teams of IT Operations personnel .Strong leadership capability with effective delegation skills.
.Excellent knowledge in virtualization techniques .Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft OS applications including server and desktop environments .Advanced knowledge of all networking concepts and operating in a Cisco environment .Support exposure to Active Directory, Exchange 2007, virtual machines, networking technologies, antivirus and spam blocking technologies.
