2012 is an exciting year of expansion for HealthGrades and we're seeking top level talent to join our Software Development team. Currently, we're looking for a Scrum Master who will lead and assist cross-functional software development teams responsible for project delivery and bringing features to market.

The Scrum Master facilitates the creation of business requirements and translation to functional/design and technical specifications through the process of release planning, sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, product demonstrations and retrospectives. This position will work closely with Product Owners and Development Teams to adequately define the specifications necessary for software development and testing.

Responsibilities:

Provides detailed impact analysis within team supported products, including high level cross-product impact analysis.
Provides risk analysis to business/product and release plan.
Facilitates and documents project and release planning, including participation in product vision and implementation.
Facilitates scrum team and design meetings.
Facilitates product owner input and team interactions.
Ensures the communication of scope and requirements changes throughout the team, including a high level analysis of sprint impact
Maintains product business documentation.
Manages Centers of Excellence communication / approval requests.
Supports product owner in management of backlog, ensuring scrum process standards, identification of stakeholders and stakeholder conditions of acceptance.
Supports new product development by providing high level business analysis and development estimates, including coordination of multiple product analysis
Ensures that projects have a clearly defined release scope and meet overall objectives, standards, quality and user needs. 
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

SME product knowledge, including execution to product roadmap.
Strong emphasis on demonstrated teamwork and close collaboration across all roles and functions.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with outside vendors to identify project risks, constraints and dependencies, working with team to mitigate and remove barriers.

Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate team members.
Education, Experience Qualifications:

Proven experience releasing software products to market successfully.
Bachelor's Degree and 4 to 6 years related experience.
4-5 years project management and/or business analyst experience.
2-3 years software requirements gathering and analysis.
2-3 years Scrum experience.
Experience leading teams in the development of .Net-based web applications and data services preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server preferred.
Experience using Microsoft Office SharePoint 2007 preferred.
ScrumMaster certification preferred.

Currently, we're looking for a Software Configuration Manager to be responsible for collaborating with multiple teams on configuration management, build, and release activities!

The Software Configuration Manager will provide guidance and implement Software Configuration Management (SCM), source code branching, merging, build strategies and deployment strategies along with maintaining the tools and environments to help the teams deliver major software releases.

Experience:

7+ years in software configuration management
Experience implementing SCM policies and procedures
Ability to implement, document, and maintain CM scripts
Experience implementing CM best practices in an Agile/Scrum development environment
Hands-on experience assisting developers with development issues related to CM tool use (check in/out, branching, and tagging)
Hands-on experience performing software builds and releases
Advanced knowledge of Team Foundation Server (TFS) 2010 and build definitions
Advanced knowledge of IIS7 administration and application deployment
Knowledge of .Net and Java programming
Knowledge of SQL Server / T-SQL
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.

Candidates with CTFL, ISTQB, CSQA, or CSTE certifications will be considered first.

The Web Developer (.NET) will design application components to meet corporate and project objectives in an Agile/SCRUM environment.  The Web Developer will migrate applications throughout the development cycle (development, test, stage, production), support enhancements and bug fixes following proper scheduling and prioritization guidelines, and perform internal QA checks to insure high quality deliverables.

The Database Developer will evaluate, implement and support database infrastructure / technologies and development processes to support database development and corporate products and services.

Responsibilities & Functions:
• Builds and maintains complex T-SQL Scripts, Stored Procedures, Triggers, etc.
• Creates and maintains automated ETL processes with special focus on data flow, error recovery, and exception handling and reporting.
• Responsible for oversight and development of Data Warehouse architecture, design, programming and implementation for database projects.
• Builds, enhances and maintains a Master Data Management process with a foucs on enhancement and enrichment of the data.
• Builds, enhances and maintains a data "best of breed" business rule engine using complex T-SQL, .NET, and SSIS coding algorithms.
• Performance tune of large Data Warehousing platforms, with focus on schema bound views, database partitioning, and ETL/Query optimization.

• A Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent is required.
• Data modeling and corporate-level data management experience preferred.
• 4 to 8 years of SQL / ETL and/or database administration, including of data architecture management.
• Create and maintain document to support developed applications.
• Proven experience building and maintaing database structures, ETL processes, stored procedures, audit reports, data extracts, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS etc. to meet project objectives.
• Loads, processes and migrates incoming data feeds and create outgoing data extracts.
• Performs UNit Tests and internal QA checks to insure high quality deliverables.
• Provides ad hoc request support.
• Experience leading technical analysis and integration activities for new, external source data.

• Demonstrates good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Good collaboration and idea sharing in a team environment.
• Strong RDBMS and Microsoft SQL Server skills.
